Having a safe space where your employees feel comfortable to share their thoughts and troubles is important for both you and your workplace. It helps your employees to feel both safe and empowered, something all Kiwi businesses should aspire to.

Removing the stigma, changing the narrative

One conversation that needs to be brought to light is around money. How to find good financial help for your employees

Once your employees feel safe to ask for help, you can hopefully point them in the right direction. Although you may not be in the position to advise your staff directly, being able to provide options on where to go will make all the difference!
